Amante Marketplace is looking for a sales associate to work at their retail store, located in Wheaton, IL.
In addition to being responsible for day-to-day operations of the sales floor, this exciting role is more than simply facilitating the sale of products — you will be the face of the Amante brand, which means you will interact daily with customers and deliver on the brand promise of making each customer feel loved, valued, and seen.
Through face-to-face interaction you will create a unique experience by engaging in active listening, learning the stories of customers, and promoting the stories behind Amante products. As such, this role requires someone who is outgoing and embodies the company values.

This position is 10-15 hours a week. Must be able to work weekends.
Job Requirements:

18 and older, 21 and older preferred

Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an excellent ability to listen

Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with customers

Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Optimistic, friendly, and a love for serving people

Willing to learn about our products and enthusiastic about sharing them

Responsible, punctual, with a great attention to detail.

Enthusiastic about the mission of Amante Marketplace and our products

Available to work most weekends, some evenings, and select holidays

Can bend, reach, stretch for product, carry, and move at least 40 pounds

Can be on feet for extended periods of time

Prior sales/retail experience preferred
Additional Details:
Hourly pay, $15/hour + based on work experience. Weekdays/alternating weekends. Employee discount.
