Founded in 2020 as the only Men's Consignment Shop in Illinois, Stitch Switch is growing and has opened a second location in downtown Wheaton. We are looking for Outgoing and Energetic people to join our growing team of Sales Associates! We prioritize team development, a positive work environment and encourage creativity!
As a Sales Associate you'll bring your love of fashion to help continue to grow our business!
What you'll contribute to the team:

Greet customers in a friendly manner

Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone

Demonstrate knowledge of the shop's and consignment process

Help customers with their clothing choices and proper sizing

Make recommendations for styling outfits

Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements

Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts

Review and assess items for consignment
-
Complete consignment paperwork
-
Disperse checks at end of consignment term
Job Requirements:

Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service

Excellent verbal communication skills
-
Ability to exhibit a professional appearance and behavior at all times

Basic math skills

High attention to detail
-
Availability for weekly shifts including opening and closing shifts

A willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things

High level of energy to promote a positive work environment

Additional Details:
Hourly rates, $12-14 per hour; Wednesday-Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
