Downtown Trick-or-Treat
3 p.m., downtown Wheaton
Children are invited to visit downtown Wheaton on Oct. 31 for the Downtown Trick-or-Treat sponsored by the Downtown Wheaton Association. Participating businesses with signs in their windows will provide treats for children from 3 pm. until treats run out.
In addition, the City of Wheaton invites children of all ages to trick-or-treat in the community from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 31. The City urges all citizens to help make this a safe and enjoyable occasion for everyone.
